Day 22: Motivation for Transformation Workbook
Last week I shared a whopper of a Motivation Report from Scott. Did you open that thing? It's huge! 🙂
Well, today, I have a bite-sized version. It's more of a workbook. Scott and Angie have put together a new motivation report/workbook to help you to get moving. I looked through it and it's solid stuff, so here's the link:
Motivation for Body Transformation
Please post your update today. Whether you've been following along the whole month or you want to jump in now – we can get rid of our Computer Butts/Guts together, get more done, be more creative, and … well, live longer. All good stuff, guys and gals. So, check in please. I'll get lonely and sad here all alone. 🙂
((hugs)) to all and thank you!
Warmly,
Nicole Dean
Here’s where you can check out Scott & Angie’s Workouts:

November 15, 2010 at 1:34 pmI will have you know that I’ve started doing weights since hearing that I’m better off spending 30 minutes weight training than doing cardio!
And my arms are sore. But in a good way. 😉

November 17, 2010 at 6:46 amGot the downloads, haven’t read yet, but I will and will share them on my health site.
I’m a little behind in comments for the Computer Butt/Gut challenge, but I’ve been here in spirit.
I’ve lost 15 pounds and been adding more stretches and a wee bit of weight training. I’ll kick that up in another week or two.
Hope everyone is doing great!
Hugs!
