The Computer Butt Challenge continues. While my goal today was to do a squat challenge and kick butt, a migraine has decided to land behind my left eye, so instead I'm typing this with one eye open – about to head to darkness. (RATS!)
For those of you who didn't get in the amount of exercise that you wanted to this week, the weekend is here. That doesn't mean sloughing off. It means time for outdoor fun, cleaning, yard-work, biking, games of tag in the yard, etc. Don't be afraid to get dirty. You'll burn plenty of calories that way. 🙂
In lieu of me motivating you, I'll re- post the 10 minute ab workout that that'll knock your socks off.
