Day 11: Exercises if you Have Bad Knees
The Computer Butt Challenge continues. The Thursday workout in the program I'm doing is a little more jumping intense than my knees can handle so I've been doing alternative exercises that one day and following the program pretty religiously the other days.
Here's a video to watch if you've got bad knees, too.
Here' s the workout that I'm doing this month (which incorporates a variety of exercises).
You can grab this program for only $10 here, if you'd like to join me:

Please check in.
Be sure to check in with the exercise that you did today – no matter what exercise program you're following.
If you missed the first week of this challenge, no worries. Jump in at any time!
((hugs)) to all and thank you!
Warmly,
Nicole Dean

November 5, 2010 at 10:26 amIt makes me soooooo angry when someone who has no idea what it’s really to have bad knees tries to teach you an exercise that’s suppose to be good for your knees. This guy has no clue. I couldn’t do any of that stuff without being crippled for weeks or months afterword. I have severe osteoarthritis in both my knees from a twelve year old injury. Even going to physical therapy at my hospital made it ten time worse than when I started therapy in the first place. I appreciate him trying to help, but these exercises are only if you have mild knee problems.

November 5, 2010 at 10:36 amThanks for sharing this. I have a bad knee as a result of a basketball injury. I did do 10 squats the other day, though. This will be really helpful.
