The Basics of Outsourcing – FREE.
I've been remiss. I have known about these freebies for several weeks and just haven't shared yet. I didn't mean to keep them all to myself, but… time snuck away, again! 😉
So, here's the scoop. One of the things that increased my business profits over the last year the most is outsourcing. I started low, but now I pay, on average, about $1500/month to my helpers and I plan to increase that next year to $2000-$3000 or more.
At first I didn't think I could afford to outsource. Now I know I can't afford NOT to outsource. It would cost me time and money if I didn't.
The problem, though, is that it's not easy to figure it all out alone. Here comes one of my standard sayings, but I STRUGGLED — BAD. Initially, I had difficulties finding quality people. That, in itself, is a nightmare. You ask around and everyone says to check elance.com or rentacoder.com but — I'm just not a fan. The one place I made the most connections was www.MomsMastermind.com where I hired pretty much all my regular help, except my main writer who I use for EasyPLR.com (and, no, I'm not telling her name, because she's mine… all mine!!!)
So, after struggling to find helpers, once I got them I didn't know what the heck to DO with them! I started to send them tasks, but it just wasn't working like I'd hoped, as I was still in the middle of everything and working just as hard as before, while paying others. (Yes, I know it sounds moronic, but this is harder than it looks!)
Why am I telling you this? Because I want to be honest with you, and because outsourcing does not have to be as difficult as I made it. I'm now in a nice flow with just a few amazing work at home moms who work on my side projects and help with customer support so that I can continue to focus on what is FUN — like this blog. 🙂

I’ve checked out this report plus I am taking advantage of Alice’s $1.00 Outsourcing Sweetie beta offer and I’m seeing more and more how I can’t afford NOT to outsource! It’s still a huge step to take and it kind of freaks me out.

Yeah, it is freaky to start. I understand. I’d say to start just by outsourcing the things that you either 1. struggle with or 2. dislike.
For me, I outsource the things I struggle with:
1. Graphics, because it’s just too frustrating to me (and because others can do it much quicker and better than I can).
2. Installations.
And, the things I don’t like:
1. Graphics.
2. Installations.
3. Some customer service.
4. Anything really monotonous like research.
5. LadyPens.com — all of the article reviews.
That’s where I find I need help most.
