Computer Butt Challenge: Next Month
Computer Butt Challenge Graduates… Who's ready for Month 2?!
I am!!!
Here's the magic link to get to the second month of the Fat Loss Quickie Program: Kick my butt some more, Scott!
(If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then Go Here Instead: Who's Scott?)
Speak of the big guy. I asked him this question:
“Why should the Computer Butt Challenge participants sign up for next month's workouts?
Can't they just keep doing the same ones with heavier weights?”
Here's his very thorough reply.
Why Even The Best Workout Programs Lose Their Effectiveness
There's a saying in the fitness industry that “Variety is King”. Meaning that you need to mix your program up if you want to see constant and continuous results.
No matter how great a workout program may be, it will lose it's effectiveness after 4 weeks. No program is immune to this law and unfortunately it holds true for the Fat Loss Quickie Experience. Have no fear I do have a solution for you. But first, here's a brief explanation of why all workout programs lose their effectiveness…
Bottom line… You body is way to smart for it's own good. It's adapted to all the stimulus that you've put it through. Your body has cranked up your metabolism, it's become more efficient at burning fat, it's added a bit of muscle to handle the load that you've placed on it, it's provided you with more energy, and it's improved your cardiovascular system by making your heart and lungs more efficient.
What this means is… it can now handle what you've been dishing out and it doesn't really need to improve in order to deal with the workout that you are putting it through.
There's also a motivational component that's responsible for the lack of results after 4 weeks. Although you are motivated to achieve your goals and maybe even more motivated now than ever, you will begin to lose the motivation to do the same workout week after week. You will get bored and get to a point where you are just going through the motions.
That's all natural and nothing to get down on yourself for. It's what happens to even the best of us.
This is why it's crucially important to change your workout program every 4 weeks. But I don't want to throw you to the tigers and have you looking around for another program that doesn't meet your needs or suit your lifestyle. After all, you've finally found a program that was created specifically to meet the demands of your busy work-at-home life.
Of course I've got your back and planned well in advance to provide you with a balanced approach that you can follow for life. I've been doing home office workouts for a couple years now and have come up with a large variety of fast, fun, and unique workout programs to help you achieve success in all areas of life.
This past month has been an opportunity for me to earn your trust. To prove to you just how easy it is to incorporate home office fitness into your day and experience the limitless benefits it has helping you succeed in fitness, business, and life. I hope that I have lived up to your expectations and earned your trust and friendship, which I dearly cherish.
There are several reason why I recommend that you take your Fat Loss Quickie workouts to the next level and join the Fat Loss Quickie Club, but I will stick to the most important ones…
In addition to challenging your body in new unique ways you will experience a boost in motivation and adding an even greater fun factor into the mix. There's another saying in the fitness industry, “You're only as good as your next program”. This is meant to emphasize the importance of variety.
While I'm busy giving each workout my absolute best effort and excited about the results that it is going to produce, in the back of my mind I feel a great deal of excitement for the next program that I'm going to follow. It's motivating to know that I don't have to do the same thing over and over again.
Also… knowing that I'm only following this program for 4 weeks encourages me to give my absolute best effort so I can experience the best results possible from the program. These factors help me to stick to my healthy lifestyle for the long haul.
If you are serious about making your health a top priority in your life and you want to experience accelerated results as well as greater increase in productivity, I strongly encourage you to follow new and unique home office workouts and cardio sessions each month.
If you want to increase your chances of winning the amazing prize packages in the Home Office Fitness Transformation Contest you will definitely want to incorporate the new FLQ workouts into your busy day as it will give you a tremendous advantage.
This is not totally self serving. Yes it's my business, but it's also my business to care about you and your success. I want to see you achieve your goals, exceed your expectations, and continue on a path of continuous growth. If you stop here, I'll be concerned that you will fall back into your old habits. We're just getting started. The journey has just begun. There is much more fun to be had together and more victories to celebrate.
We've taken the first step together. Now lets look to the horizon and continue on the path ahead of us… together… united by similar goals, similar values, and a similar vision.
You have set a great example for everyone around you. Your family has been impacted by your actions this past month. Your friends have been impacted. And boy oh boy has the online world ever been impacted. You've helped spread Fat Loss Quickie Fever and encouraged many others to embrace this new healthy and balanced lifestyle. I thank you for that. I thank you for being such an incredible positive role model.
Let's keep the momentum rolling in your favor and build upon the successes that you have achieved during that past 4 weeks.
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,
Scott Tousignant

September 25, 2009 at 8:53 pmWell guys.
I lost several inches around my mid section (belly, hips, back area) and my arms, too.
But, like I knew would happen — I gained butt and thigh muscle so those numbers increased.
What that means is that month two — once my muscle increases in those areas some more is that the fat will MELT off those areas.
Can’t wait to check in at the end of Month Two so I can celebrate wearing my smaller jeans! WOO HOO!

September 27, 2009 at 12:13 pmYou Rock Nicole!
It’s been so much fun following your journey and seeing your the example that you have set is influencing so many of our fellow work-at-home-moms and dads.
That’s one success that is not celebrated enough. Do you realize how many people you have inspired to improve their health and educating them on just how much of an impact that it will have on their business and life.
That’s one heck of a reason to celebrate. You should feel mighty proud of yourself.
The great news is that many of the people who you have inspired are now going out and inspiring others.
How awesome is that!
I can’t thank you enough for the example that you are setting. It proves just how much you care about your fans and subscribers.
You totally ROCK!

September 25, 2009 at 9:22 pmI’m measuring on Monday before I start my new month. I’m FEELING thinner and more fit, and Nicole says I look better, so there’s hope. 🙂
All I can tell is that I feel better. Okay, I THINK there’s been a little improvement in my overall shape… we’ll see. 😉

September 27, 2009 at 11:02 amI lost 7 lbs but I don’t know where from. My waist lost 1 inch. Aiming for more pounds and more inches in October. (I know, you should judge by weight but it motivates me to see that scale go down)
Signed up for month two through your link!

September 27, 2009 at 12:08 pmRight On Angela! That’s fantastic results. Releasing nearly 2 pounds per weeks is ideal for long term success.
I’m so proud of your accomplishments and can’t wait to see the continued success that you experience during month 2.

September 28, 2009 at 9:50 amOk, for starters I am sitting here scratching my head, thinking, where on earth did my month go? It was so much fun. Felt like I was working out with you all.
It does make it a whole lot easier to know that there is a group that is facing the same challenges that I do every day and that they are getting up and working on losing their computer butts as well. I keep telling myself, if they can make the time, so can I! I am doing situps and squats that I never thought I would ever do again. I even looked at bikes yesterday, so I know I am headed in the right direction! Can’t wait to see the scale move, but I am glad other things are moving!
Headed to sign up for month 2!

September 28, 2009 at 11:39 amIt’s been a great month with you guys! I’m so glad to have this group to hold me accountable and to offer me support – and vice versa, too! Amazing what you’ve started here, Nicole!
I’m just getting started with FLQ, though, so I’m gonna wait a few weeks for the month 2, since mostly I’ve been exercising on my own – and then got sick. Darn those germies!
I’ll definitely be back here when I’m ready, though! 😉
Thank you so much for all of this, Nicole! 😀
