WordPress.org – For content management that you can access from anywhere.
EzineArticles.com
EasyPLR.com. I didn't pay her to say that. Promise. 🙂
Amazon S3 for file storage.
Quick Sales Cart – You need a way to sell your products, with a built-in affiliate tracking system – also known as a shopping cart or an ecommerce solution. Connie and I both use branded versions of the same cart. The one I use is: Quick Sales Cart – this is the cart I use to run EasyPLR.com. It IS 1shoppingcart. Just a reseller name. I’ve had an account with them since 2008 and love the flexibility.
Clickbank Pro Search Engine – Connie recommends this for finding products in Clickbank.

September 21, 2010 at 1:26 pmExcellent interview ladies! I really enjoyed it and look forward to getting Connie’s book here in the near future.
As for 1shoppingcart and setting up an affiliate program, do you as the biz owner do the 1099’s or is it automatically done via 1shoppingcart? This question has been a thorn in my side and I’m getting ready to start selling a report that my JV partner and I are writing and need to set up an affiliate program. Any tips would be appreciated.
Connie will you be at NAMS in Jan.? Would love to meet you there!
Nicole
September 22, 2010 at 2:25 pmWith 1ShoppingCart, yes. You do.
If you opt to go with Clickbank, they handle all of that for you. But, you pay for the convenience out of their fees.
Shopping cart questions are one of the biggest things people ask me about. Wish there was a perfect solution…
Hope that helps!

September 21, 2010 at 1:15 pmOMG! Thank you Nicole! The interview was awesome! I heard my story in Connie’s words – especially the writing part. I too had to make myself write and gave myself a 45-Day writing challenge. I am now on Day 122! Nicole, you totally rock! Thanks again and keep the great stuff coming!

September 21, 2010 at 3:03 pmThis was some inspiring information and motivating as well! BTW, I really hate going back and reading my old articles. (At the time I didn’t think they were that bad. lol)
Nicole, I have to say, you have the sweetest sounding voice and you seem like a natural at interviews…you asked some awesome questions too!

September 21, 2010 at 4:57 pmHi Nicole, Thanks for another interesting interview. I’m really looking forward to listening. I just heard her speak on an older podcast I found and really enjoyed it so your timing is awesome! 🙂 I really appreciate all your podcasts. I keep my iPod with me at all times as I shuttle grandkids, elderly parents, etc. here and there and get a great education when I can’t be working at the computer. 🙂

September 21, 2010 at 5:00 pmHmmm, not sure what I did wrong – probably typed it and my auto type added in more?? Sorry for the Twitter error – it’s actually @SandwichINK 🙂
PS – YUP – As I typed it again, it auto filled it! Glad it’s that and not a “boomer mind moment.” Then again, maybe my computer is having a “computer mind moment” 🙂

September 24, 2010 at 7:04 amThanks for a great interview. It was great to hear how Connie got started and what she still does today. I was hoping to get a little insight into how to get huge profits from a tiny list, but I guess I’m going to have to buy the book for that info.

September 24, 2010 at 1:13 pmSuch powerful good stuff in this episode from both of you lovely ladies.
I think my favorite quote here has to be …. “because having young kids at home I can’t just work whenever I want to, I have to force myself to be creative”
That is SO true! Even with all four of mine at school during the day I still have to be a little creative with my time on certain days so that I can be productive in working and enjoy spending time with them and their cute little selves.
I think so often people assume the exact opposite and it annoys the heck out of me. “Oh, you work from home, that must be easy, you can work whenever you want.” Yeah, easy, surrrre. :eyeroll: LOL

October 15, 2010 at 4:03 pmThis was a great conversation!! It was like listening to two school buddies shaing great secrets! I think both of you are very generous with your knowledge and with your resources. I truly loved this interview!! I have heard much of this before as a mentor student of Connie’s but I always seem to pick something new up that I can use right away. I am inspired to take action and move forward! Thank you so much for sharing this!!

June 7, 2012 at 2:43 pmI just started listening to the podcasts. This is absolutely great! I love how Connie talks about her struggles in the beginning and not knowing how to do anything but digging in to learn it. Now look at her. Quite the inspiration for me – I hope someday I’m as successful.
