Computer Butt Check-in Week of Sept 28th.

Computer Butt Challenge Graduates and Newbies, here's what's new!

This is Week Five of the Home Office Workout Challenge. (<– Join us. We're getting RESULTS!)

At the end of the four week challenge, I asked for input. I said “What can I do to help you stay committed?!”

I didn't get a whole lot of feedback, except that several of you wanted to continue to stay accountable and check in here.

So, here's what I'll do. I will post a weekly post – just like this one where you can keep in contact with me and with Scott and where we can check in with our progress.  So, keep on commenting on this thread until I post next week's update. Deal?

Now, pretty please come back several times/week so that I know you're keeping up. Plus, I'll miss you guys and will hunt you down on Twitter if you don't. 😉 So, do.

Don't forget those goals you set a few weeks ago. This is not the end. It is just the beginning of a healthier, happier, more profitably YOU!

Nicole, I miss the daily check in that we did last month! I am continuing to do the daily workout and quickie cardio each day as well as do aerobics 2x a week at the gym. Where can we go for daily accountability? By the way who won last week’s squat challenge?

PS Will be have another squat challenge on Friday?

Forgot to mention how profitable it has been! Today I was notified that I am going to receive $2500 for a 1 hour interview with a big name “guru”! Does anybody want to know why someone would want to pay me $2500 for 1 hour of my time? Check this out http://myfastmoneysystem.com/eBayCoach

Thanks Scott and Nicole for introducing me to this excellent program!!!

I don’t think I replied to your computer butt challenge post but I’m doing the Fat Loss Quickie program. I try to do it at least 3x a week because I also do other workouts but I love it so far. I’m on the 2nd round. I actually was able to fit into a pair of jeans that I had grown out of this past year so I’m sure between the FLQ and all my workouts it helped.

Great job keeping up with the program!

I am so glad you are going to do weekly posts. 🙂
It’s a nice way to keep up with everyone.
I just can’t believe the first month went so quickly.

Hey Nicole and everyone – I’m still here. sort of. LOL I miss the daily check-ins, too – I have to say. I think I missed that part on your ‘next month’ or ‘2nd month’ post that you were asking about our input on how ‘our special BUTT group’ would continue. Sorry about that!!!

We’ve had the sickies attack this house – urgh. I keep thinking I’m over it, then I get sick ‘again’. Not sure if I’m not really over it or if, like Loretta said, the kids just keep giving it back to me. Today icky weather rolled in – so I’ve got migraine and possible sinus infection. I can’t win for losing. I’m so bummed. I bought my exercise ball and everything.

I’m trying to be patient with my goofy body, let it heal and then get back on track.

If I make it to the game tonight and the band contest tomorrow – I know I’ll get a workout at both of those – I’m a very involved Band Mom and I wind up carrying stuff, walking, lugging things, walking, working, walking and on and on and on… LOL I meant to tell Scott that last week – I kept thinking about it at the game – I was like, “Man! I’m sweating here filling up this cooler with ice in the cafeteria – lugging it out to the field, carrying things for the kids, working in the concession stand! I have to tell Scott!” LOL!!

I’m glad you’re going to do a weekly check-in, though. For our dailies – we need to head to Scott’s place!
