How to Outsource Video Creation.
Hi. I recently discovered a cool new video service and want to make sure that you don't miss it. 🙂
Basically, if you can write an email to a friend, you can have professional videos created to promote YOUR online or offline business.
Here's how it works.
Option #1:
- You sign up for this new exclusive video service.
- You send in a written script (basically you'll sit down and write an email or blog post like this with a call to action in it).
- They record your script and turn it into a professional quality video.
Option #2:
- You sign up for this new exclusive video service.
- You send in an mp3 of you talking – with a call to action in it.
- They turn it into a professional quality video.
Option #3:
- You sign up for this new exclusive video service.
- You send in quick video that you took with your Flip or Digital camera.
- They turn it into a professional quality video that you'll be proud of.
At first I was confused by how much effort was needed on YOUR part. Obviously, I can't recommend an outsourcing service if it requires you to do the work. For this reason, I held off on telling you about it.
So, I've been researching this program and it's a pretty sweet offer, especially if you want to add video to your squeeze pages, to your sales pages, or even to sites like YouTube to generate traffic.
I've gotten quotes from people to create videos for me – and they were asking for several hundred dollars and more. So, if you've been wanting to get into video, but haven't had the time, money, or energy, this is something you may want to check out.
Here's the link:
Professional Videos Created for YOU
PLEASE NOTE: The price quoted on the launch page is bare bones and branded with their logo. You'll have the option of upgrading to a higher-level of service when the doors open.
HOT IDEA!
If you have clients (online OR offline) – sell them this service at a premium and act as the middle man. Write the video script, order the videos, and then submit them to the video sites using a service like Traffic Geyser. Keep the profits.
Options for Outsourcing PARTS of your Video Marketing
You can outsource any of the tasks below, depending on what you enjoy
Total Video Creation from Start to Finish.
Writing the video script for you to read. (Hire a copywriter – and make sure you have a great call to action.)
Creation of Power Point slides so that you can record your own audio.
Voiceover work for existing Power Point Slides.
Video Creation using Camtasia.
Schnazzing up your Flip videos or Camtasia videos.
Branding your Flip videos or Camtasia videos with your logo/URL.
Editing Your Video to remove bloopers.
Adding video to your Sales Pages or Squeeze Pages.
Adding video to your Affiliate center for affiliates to use.
Keyword Research for submitting videos.
Video Submission to Video Sharing Sites – Manually.
Video Submission – Using Traffic Geyser.
Either way you go, you'll be a step ahead of where you are today. 🙂
Who Should Ignore This Blog Post.
I've said it once and I'll say it a million times – if you're rocking and rolling with article marketing, and if video freaks you out or overwhelms you — then keep doing your article marketing and let the video side of things filter past you for now. Don't let this distract you. BUT, really challenge yourself to get your written content all over the net.
I'm writing a blog post on this topic, but I'll give you a peek into my reasoning –
“Saying NO has earned me a HECK of a lot more money over the years than saying YES has.” – Nicole Dean
I'll be back soon.
Have a fantastic week!
Warmly,
Nicole Dean

February 16, 2010 at 4:23 amI like your thoughts on outsourcing parts of the video. Having done video since the late 80’s I can honestly say that good video does not derive from a template. It starts with an idea, who your audience is and how to get their attention.
There seems to be a new trend that is being spread over the net with these membership video programs. However, they miss the boat. Creating video ads and putting them up on you tube will have little effect compared to a viral video that is not an ad per say.
I agree that a video with a call to action will work on a website as a call to action video. But where will the traffic come from?
A much better idea is to create a video that gives away useful information first or even a series of videos doing this and put those on the video sharing sites.
No one wants to watch an ad… they want information. Would you write an article on ezinearticles that was an advertisment?

February 16, 2010 at 7:39 amHi Bernie,
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, of course, the final video should be interesting and entertaining as well as informative, especially if it’s meant to draw people in from a site like YouTube.
And, just like an ezine article, I suggest that my readers include a call to action at the end, even as simple as “For more information about _____ go to (URL)”.
As you know, if you don’t lead your video viewers to the next step, they won’t take it. 🙂
Again, thanks for stopping by.

February 16, 2010 at 7:07 pmHey Nicole,
How did you know that tired person in the mirror was me. 🙂 I must say there are days that I resemble that picture. Would really like to learn more about outsourcing those videos because I am one of those that is just scared by the thought. Will be something to study. Also, thanks for the interview with Willie. He always has good information to share.

February 19, 2010 at 11:38 pmGreat information on Video creation information.I totally agree with outsourcing and having someone make a video for you! I tried to learn Sony Vegas and I was like no! not another science project! We have enough to focus on as marketers than learning how to create a video!

June 19, 2011 at 3:44 amOne thing I would add is ‘test’. What I mean by that is ‘test’ your outsourcer. Even though they say that can do things, I’ve found sometimes, they can’t or don’t know where to start.
