					<description><![CDATA[Got the downloads, haven&#039;t read yet, but I will and will share them on my health site.

I&#039;m a little behind in comments for the Computer Butt/Gut challenge, but I&#039;ve been here in spirit.

I&#039;ve lost 15 pounds and been adding more stretches and a wee bit of weight training. I&#039;ll kick that up in another week or two.
