Yikes Girl!  It&#039;s 5:27 a.m.!  ;)  Are you honestly at the gym?  Whew!  I&#039;m just now trying to detox my body with massive quantities of green tea after a night out with my Hubby... heaping plates of spaghetti, garlic bread, and of course the mandatory glasses of vino!

					<description><![CDATA[LOVE LOVE LOVE that gut workout!  It&#039;s simple to follow, no complicated moves.  I can do it easily in front of the TV while I watch Anthony Bourdain - No Reservations.  hmmm.... Scott, Anthony....  Looks like my exercise is motivated by handsome men. tee hee!! ;)

Honestly, I love having just a couple simple routines that I can remember and do without thinking.  That&#039;s why Scott and Angie&#039;s programs work so well for me.  I&#039;ve tried lots of video exercise programs and find that I don&#039;t really stick to them because it involves putting a video in.  I&#039;d rather watch a program I&#039;ve been saving (like AB-NR!), grab my floor ball and weights, and do the routine in front of the TV.  I have at least 20 exercises I know by heart, but I see a few on this video that I&#039;m going to add.

Anyway, thanks again Scott, Angie, and Nicole for putting together this workout and giving me a chance to blah blah blah about it.  :D]]></description>
