It looks like this can be very successful. I never even thought of something like this. I guess it’s a good idea if you can find a couple blogs to guest post on and let them do the same on yours.

Hey Mark,
Honestly, I thought about tracking links, but I really wanted the SEO benefits so I didn’t.

However, I do know that my overall traffic for this blog increased while I was neglecting it on my tour – and Google referral traffic has been rising since then.

Could it be due to other things? Sure. BUT… when I showed up at NAMS, I had a bunch of people come up to me and say “I saw you on ____’s blog!” which was well worth it to me.

D’vorah, congratulations on jumping in and sticking with a long blog tour – it’s a lot of work. I did a slightly abbreviated version last October for one of my big niche sites and saw amazing results as well.
