Great post and great advice. I have created my own product before, it was a training ebook in the beauty industry. However I really like the ideas of interviewing the experts and creating the small reports that lead one after the other. great idea to keep people interested as well as in the sales funnel.

I normally avoid Skype interviews, too, as my internet drops calls very regularly – especially on windy days.

Hi Dough – thanks for the skype suggestion. I’m using my regular phone line right now because my skype connections aren’t always solid, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind.

With Audio Acrobat it only takes a few minutes of processing before the audio is ready for download, so it’s not really a big concern and so far I’m very pleased with the results.

You know, that’s a great problem to have (having all that wonderful content sitting there). Just make it a goal to come up with a new product once a month or so… shouldn’t take you too long since you have a lot of it in place already and you can outsource a lot of the rest.

My problem right now is more the opposite. Too many ideas that all work nicely together but not enough time (or better patience) to create them all as fast as I’d like to.

I’ll have to take advantage of that open invitation to write here more often 🙂
