If you&#039;re doing weights and have a big ball, you might still consider Scott&#039;s program. I found the resistance portion to be very effective and efficient. 10 minutes and every muscle in my body was exhausted. Plus, it&#039;s not all &quot;macho&quot; - if you get my drift, so I didn&#039;t feel weird about any of the exercises. You might have some other weights program that you love, but I wanted to pitch in just in case. The two videos are separate so you can skip the cardio part entirely. :)
