					<description><![CDATA[I love the sound of Angie&#039;s viewpoint! I much rather prefer weight bearing exercises to cardio! I totally need to get her program!

My oldest is sick and he just moved into our &#039;mother-in-law room&#039; downstairs so I&#039;ve had a ton of &#039;stairs&#039; exercising this week! LOL I think I&#039;ve caught whatever he has, though, so I&#039;ve been slacking the last few days.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Well, I made it to the gym 3 times this week. I didn&#039;t go Monday, or was it Tuesday because I just had so much work to catch up on. I also skipped the gym Friday, and now wish I had of just gone. Oh well, I&#039;m still eating/drinking healthy, so I&#039;ll be sure to hit the gym every day next week :)]]></description>

Lain - 

Too funny. I used to be that way and now I&#039;m the opposite. After I trained to walk a marathon and didn&#039;t lose weight (even walking 12-20 miles/day...) I learned that I need to do weights. 

Scott&#039;s Fat Loss Quickie workout is an awesome way to get started with resistance, if you decide to try.
