I know I need to start outsourcing, but have many fears around it: don’t want to spend the money, what if I don’t have enough work every month for a VA, what if the person I outsource to does a terrible job (I have hired for one-off stuff before and sometimes the communication isn’t clear enough and I end up redoing it anyway, plus paying for it).
