Yeah, it’s just smart to stay on top of these things. I have no doubt that the affiliate networks will require disclaimers on all affiliate sites – no matter where you’re based – in the near future.

I just found the disclosurepolicy.org site today and created my own policy for my site.

You think a site wide policy is going to be enough? or will we need to remark on post when we use an affiliate link?
