I find most of my VAs through MomMasterminds, although I also have a section on this site for VAs that I refer to http://nicoleonthenet.com/category/wahms-for-hire/

My VAs do a lot of different tasks for me. Article submission, press release submission, adding articles to my sites, managing LadyPens.com for me, and editing PLR articles for my sites. Those are just a few items off the top of my head.
