Nope. They love it since I bring them lots of money, leads and exposure that they wouldn’t get otherwise. If they want to get rid of one of their top affiliates, I can always use the strategy with their competition. 😉

The good affiliate programs are usually very easy to work with. Those that aren’t, I usually leave pretty quickly.

Just my 2 cents.

Yes. Definitely keep the nameservers as the default. You don’t need to change them at all. 🙂
