					<description><![CDATA[I did 80 squats and tweeted once, so that&#039;s 80 + 10 = 90 points for me! Yea! Pretty good considering I was/am feeling super rotten!

					<description><![CDATA[Well guys. I beat my squats from last week, so I&#039;m proud of myself.

I can&#039;t believe how much the weights made it harders. And, touching the ground (more like a plie) about killed my thighs. 

All in all, I think that the squat day really boosted my metabolism again, getting up several times during the day to squat.]]></description>
