					<description><![CDATA[Squat-Off tomorrow!  I, for one, am getting up at 3:00 a.m. to start... how &#039;bout you?  Ha!  AND... I&#039;m staying up &#039;til Midnight!!!  ;)

Nicole... the whole shower thing is a challenge in and of itself, I have to agree.  If I have to leave the house to run errands between the workout and the cardio, well, they&#039;ll just have to suffer through my stinkin&#039; self strolling through the grocery store, bank, or whatever!

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been doing the strength training exercises barefoot as well.

Nik, I do cardio right after the resistance exercises so I don&#039;t have the shower issue. I do this because my body is nice and warmed up after the strength training exercises. I&#039;m too lazy to warm up again for the cardio.

It feels to good to do the workouts in the morning and know I&#039;ve done this wonderful thing for my body and have the rest of the day &quot;free.&quot;
