One of three things is likely the culprit.

1. You have an aol or hotmail account — which sometimes blocks my messages.

2. It ended up in your spam filter on your regular account.

3. There is usally a double opt-in message where it asks you to click on a link in order to get added to the autoresponder. Did you see any of those?
