I&#039;ve become Scott&#039;s bulldog now.  Yikes.

Okay, Arika, if this is my assignment, I accept it.  Here goes...

I&#039;m old enough to be Nicole&#039;s mother... well, I actually am Nicole&#039;s mother, so you can guess my age.  ;)  I&#039;m proud to say I did all five days, plus rode my bike twice, once for about 8 miles and once for about 12 miles, and walked Nicole&#039;s dog with her last night.   So-o-o-o-o ?????

How was that, Scott? 

Seriously, I think you&#039;re doing great, Arika.  Take it from an ol&#039; lady, this next four weeks is not going to make or break your total fitness.  It&#039;s just a start!  Yup, this is a lifelong lifestyle, and Scott and Nicole are just giving us a kicking-off point.  

It&#039;s motivation first, then dedication, then perfection!  Hang in there!  We love ya!]]></description>

Don&#039;t get upset with yourself or feel guilty. Be proud of yourself that you are right at it again. Learn from the reasons why you didn&#039;t do your workouts and become more consistent this week.
