Second as always I very much enjoyed the advice you both gave.  You talked about coaching which at this time I&#039;m ready to hire my own. I&#039;m so surprised at the responses from coaches.  It&#039;s almost as though they don&#039;t need the clients or they have forgetten what it was like in the beginning.  The coaches I look up to are very successful.  

I&#039;m not going to give up and I will continue to search and hire a good coach.     Debbie, you will be included in my search for a coach.]]></description>
