It’s amazing what a tender moment can do to soothe an aching heart:)

I am so saddened by what happened during the Boston Marathon yesterday. My thoughts and prayers are with all the people harmed.

Ironically, today I was reading a blog post written by Jimmy D. Brown entitled, “The Race of Your Life”. It was written by Jimmy a couple of years ago and about his challenges while training for the Boston Marathon. I must say it gave me chills! It’s a wonderful post. I was born and raised in Boston and although I wasn’t at the marathon this year, I could’ve easily made the decision to be in town for the event as I’ve done many times. It really could have been anyone caught up in this tragedy that is usually one of the best times of the year for this city. I got several calls just to make sure my family and I were safe. Sometimes you feel helpless like there’s nothing you can do. There are no boundaries anymore so no… I’m not feeling too good about it. I guess i didn’t realize how much till you put this post up. But I’m happy that you and Lain are helping out here the best way you can. You two are amazing…
