I met Connie two years ago when she joined a 6-week exercise/meal plan program of mine. Connie really struggled at first to keep up, but gained momentum in her weight loss and increased fitness level. She is still one of my students, working out 3-5 times a week with our group and now she mentors me in marketing. She is an amazing human and I am so glad you got to spend such a wonderful time with her!!

In many ways, who I am is because of knowing Connie. Certainly any success I have had online can be pointed directly back to her firm but loving guidance.

Her life story could almost be a “Perils of Pauline” type thing, except that, every adversity she has had, she has turned into an opportunity for growth, something we could all do to aspire to.

And she’s also fun to hang out with. She once convinced several people I was going to England to meet the Queen. I started getting congratulations emails and didn’t know what to make of them until I found out what was up. And then there was the time…

Thanks for the post, Nicole. What a great thing this retreat must have been for all of you!
