the fact is most Americans &#038; Britains are more deficient in magnesium than calcium. The reason for this is that calcium is readily available in most people&#039;s diets but magnesium is not because the main sources are whole grains, green vegetables, legumes and nuts. 

Having too much calcium in the diet without sufficient magnesium will cause it to be deposited in places that it should not be. There are many other things I could add about drinking all that milk for calcium but I won&#039;t go on. 

What is needed is a magnesium challenge chart as well. Perhaps Alice could oblige!
